Yes, I know that the above date is 6 years old. That's because on April 10, 2005, my niece Ella was born. She was my first niece. My first baby girl. :) I was in college and couldn't wait for her to get here. When I got the call I raced from my friend's dorm room to mine for car keys and drove as fast as the speed limit would permit to get to her.
This year I decided to make her a skirt and a tutu for her birthday. Below is a picture of the skirt I made her. I used the tutorial from MADE but because it's me, I didn't follow it exactly and did a few things differently (I always have to learn things the hard way...). Nevertheless, it's the cutest thing I've ever made and here it is:
